Nathan Vance, Vice President of Business Development
Nathan Vance, Vice President of Business Development
Over the past 16 years, Nathan has leveraged his experience in all aspects of the subrogation process to the point where today he can quickly assess client and prospect needs, develop cost-effective solutions that reduce their claims-recovery exposure, and then connect those clients to the entire Praxis Consulting team. He loves this business, and takes pride in the fact that he does what he says he’s going to do. He is a problem solver – not only helping clients resolve their subrogation and recovery challenges but find ways to deliver value in all areas of the insurance business (e.g., bundling services from other service providers). His job is to foster an owner mentality within our various teams, and encourage them to demonstrate their passion by always going the extra mile. He particularly enjoys going beyond the sales process and participating in the creation of strong long-term partnerships (e.g., on-site subrogation training, and creation of feedback loops to help identify front-line claim handling opportunities). Nathan sees himself as an entrepreneur who brings that spirit to a very technical business – creating powerful value propositions and energizing sales channels. Nathan is a graduate of Ball State University. He earned his bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance.
